Aqua Spa invites you to live one of the best experiences in the area, where within the packages it included a bath in thermal water tubs to complement your experience and that this will be unmatched, treatments in pairs or singles or just a moment alone to find itself in the middle of nature. We selected all products of plant origin cosmetics, which have been carefully designed to provide a true gift of nature with Costa Rican seal and achieve a perfect combination with minerals in our waters.
The structure of the spa was finely created with Costa Rican raw materials to appreciate the beauty of Costa Rica and the exquisite taste for design and comfort.

To make your stay in Acqua Spa more pleasant, we offer you the following recommendations, your mind, body and soul will thank you:
Your time:
The treatment time is your time, so it is important that you communicate your wishes and expectations of our staff. Please let us know how we can improve your experience.
Reservations:
We recommend to make reservations of treatments with 24 hrs of anticipation, communicating to the telephone (506) 2479 21 90 ext 8046 or personally in the reception of the SPA.
Please, we recommend to attend our reception at least 15 minutes before the time of your reservation to relax and dress appropriately to start the treatment.
The late arrivals will reduce the time of treatment, also minimizing the benefit of the same. The same cost will apply regardless of the time of arrival to the SPA.
We inform you that 15 minutes of tolerance will be contemplated to be able to take the service, deducting of its time. After this period, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy or No Show, Please read carefully:
Special Season: peak season (December 16, 2017 to January 6, 2018) and during Holy Week (March 25 to March 31, 2018), the guest must writing a notification cancelation at least 30 days before the arrival date, after this time the reservation will be considered a “No Show”, there will be no refund. Baldi Hot Springs will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, road blockades, government directives, or any other circumstances beyond our control that may impede providing the agreed upon services, there will be no refund.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 31 days before arrival (except Special Season), however the guest must to pay 5% the commissions and the administrative costs.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before Spa arrival.
Your Therapist:
You have a preference for a particular member of staff (female therapist), please let us know at the time of booking. Likewise, our therapists reserve the right to interrupt treatment at any time.
Protocol:
- Place the phone in silent mode.
- Get a shower before receiving any treatment.
- Enter the thermal pool with your hair tied or cap.
- Do not dive into the pool.
Clothing:
We will provide you with a robe, towel, slippers and locker key. However, you must bring a swimsuit to enjoy the hot springs.

Please fill free to complete your personal medical survey that will be given to you at the SPA reception. This information will help us personalize your experience.
Stay in the Spa:
The SPA area is exclusively for those who are making use of the facilities. In this way we respect the tranquility of our clients.
Minors:
Access to the SPA is allowed for clients of 12 years and up.

I’m pregnant, what treatments do you recommend?
As always, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our customers. And, as such it is recommended not to perform body treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any questions, consult your doctor.

Thermo-mineral, chocolate, coconut, lemon grass or passion fruit acqua massage
It is a relaxing pressure massage that uses gentle, fluid and long strokes. It is also known as classic or normal massage. The techniques used are effective in reducing stress.
